Developed Requests for Proposals for premises based PBX/ACD/IVR/Voice Mail and Conference Bridge Systems for the State of Texas (35,000 stations) to serve the Capitol Complex in Austin, Texas. Responsibilities included interviewing appropriate staff and surveying relevant facilities to identify existing as well as other equipment and services needed with the replacement telephone system. The completed Request for Proposals included technical specifications, pricing worksheets, general terms and conditions, evaluation matrix, implementation and support requirements, and system acceptance criteria. The RFP was written to allow vendors to quote prices for an outright purchase, lease-purchase, or totally outsourced solution.
