Worked with Southwestern Bell in completing the transition of the State’s TEX-AN III network to TEX-AN 2000. Assisted the Department of Information Resources (DIR) develop and implement a plan to disconnect the remaining voice customers from the old network and to transition the data and video circuits to a new infrastructure based on Cisco MGX 8850 (Rev 1 and Rev 2) switches.
